1. General provisions
1.1. These E-Commerce Rules (hereinafter - the Rules) are a mandatory and inseparable part of the contract of purchase - sale of goods or provision of services (hereinafter - the Agreement) between UAB Omnia vincit (hereinafter - the Seller) and the buyer, which establishes general mutual rights and obligations, related to the purchase - sale of goods or services in the e-shop (hereinafter - the Shop) www.omvi.store
1.2. The following have the right to use the services of the store:
1.2.1. Active natural persons not less than 18 years of age;
1.2.2. minors between the ages of 15 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they have their earnings or a scholarship at their disposal;
1.2.3. legal entities;
1.2.4. authorized representatives of the persons listed above
1.3. Before confirming the order, in the purchase step "Payment", the Buyer reads the rules and confirms this by ticking the box "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the page". The Buyer is not given the opportunity to execute the order if the Buyer is not familiar with the rules and has agreed to them.
2. Privacy Policy

3. Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase all goods or services in the www.omvi.store store in accordance with these rules and other information sections of the Seller's online store.
3.2. The buyer must provide complete and correct details on the registration form. If they change, the data must be updated, otherwise the Buyer assumes the resulting risk of loss.

3.4. The buyer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods or services when ordering the goods.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the purchased goods or services and collect them in accordance with the procedure established by these rules.
3.6. When using the online store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly indicated in the online store, and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
3.7. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller by filling in the return form (return form.doc) and sending it by e-mail info@omvi.store no later than within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the item. The Buyer may not exercise this right by concluding one of the contracts listed in Paragraph 2 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania
3.8. Rules 3.7. The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in clause 8.2 only if the goods meet the requirements specified in clause 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4.
4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1. . If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of www.omvi.store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend his access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.2. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
4.3. . The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods or otherwise agrees within 3 (three) working days.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to make available to the Buyer the services provided by www.omvi.store under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the online store.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of personal information belonging to him, ie to process the personal data specified by the Buyer only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
4.6. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the online store in their color, shape or other parameters may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer. The photos of the goods are for illustrative purposes only and are illustrative.
4.7. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Chapter 7 of the Rules.
4.8. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if the advance payment has been made

4.10. In case of any doubts regarding the information provided in the order, the Seller shall contact the Buyer by the phone number specified in the order within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. In this case, the term of delivery of the goods starts from the day of contact with the Buyer.
4.11. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 3 (three) business days.
5. The moment of concluding the contract
5.1. The Parties agree that the Contract for specific goods is considered concluded and enters into force from the moment the Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail to the e-mail address specified by him, confirming that the Buyer's order has been successfully accepted and executed by the Buyer. From this moment, the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered and delivered in the Store and pay the agreed amount for them, if it has not been paid yet. The Contract shall be deemed concluded only in respect of those goods which are specified in the confirmation sent by the Seller to the Buyer regarding the future dispatch of the goods. The Parties agree that the relations between the Parties arising from such Agreement shall be governed by these Rules to the maximum extent applicable to the ordered goods.
6. Payment
6.1. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:

6.2. When paying 6.1. the methods of payment provided for in paragraph, the Buyer undertakes to pay immediately. Only after receiving the payment for the goods, the seller begins to form a parcel of goods and begins to calculate the term of delivery of the goods.
7. Delivery and collection of goods
7.1. The goods are delivered to the buyer at the specified address via Venipak courier service.
7.2. The goods are delivered within 1-5 working days from the confirmation of payment.
7.3. When collecting the goods, the Buyer must inspect the goods and all packaging and boxes. The packaging must not be damaged. If you notice that the boxes have arrived untidy - torn, bent at the corners, opened or otherwise physically damaged, you may not accept such a shipment. If you decide to accept a damaged consignment, require that the acceptance-transfer of the consignment or a separate delivery report for damaged packages describe precisely, in detail and unambiguously the condition of the packages. In any case, when accepting a damaged package, unpack the consignment in front of the courier and visually check the condition of the goods in it.
7.4. The Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Buyer.
7.5. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in Clause 7.2. The specified terms do not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him.
7.6. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.
8. Return of goods and warranty
8.1. Return and exchange of goods takes place in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (22/07/2014) on the approval of retail rules and the Retail Rules themselves.
8.2. The Buyer has the right to return the goods by notifying the Seller by filling in the return form and sending it by e-mail info@omvi.lt no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
8.3. When the buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The returned product must be unused and undamaged by the Buyer;
8.3.2. The returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unripped protective film, etc.). This item does not apply to the return of a defective product;
8.3.3. The returned product must be fully completed. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the goods. If the product is not fully assembled and properly packaged, the Seller or its representative will not accept the item for return.
8.3.4. the returned product must be in the original neat packaging (this item does not apply to the return of a defective product)
8.4. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase, warranty card (if it has been issued)
8.5. The buyer has the right to return a defective product when the defects of the returned product are not due to his fault and the product is complete.
8.6. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are returned due to the quality of the goods. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to accept the defective product and replace it with an analogous product. In case the Seller does not have an analogous product, the money paid for the product is returned to the Buyer.
8.7. In order to return the product, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing by e-mail info@omvi.store by filling in the return company and submit the purchase documents. The product, together with the signed return form, should be sent to the address Jazminų st.30-1, Ringaudai, Kaunas district, LT-53339.
8.8. The seller provides a warranty for the goods, the term of which is indicated in the online store next to the description of the goods. The VAT invoice for the product corresponds to its warranty card.
8.9. The Seller itself does not provide warranty maintenance services for the goods. In case the product warranty service is provided in Lithuania, the Buyer is referred to the warranty maintenance centers. When the warranty service of the goods is performed outside the territory of Lithuania, the Seller organizes the sending of the goods to the relevant center.
9. Final provisions
9.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.
