The DSP KM5075 is equipped with an HP8840 motor with copper windings. Its rated power is 800 W, and the manufacturer specifies a maximum locked-rotor power of 3,000 W.
According to the manufacturer, the meat grinder can operate continuously for up to 30 minutes. After this period, it is recommended to take a 10-minute break to allow the appliance to cool down before continuing to use it.
Automatic reverse and overload protection
The built-in automatic reverse function helps clear the grinding mechanism if food gets stuck inside. Reversing the rotation makes it easier to remove stuck food and allows you to continue working.
