The PTC heating element helps maintain the set temperature throughout the entire preparation process. Constant temperature is important for yogurt fermentation and achieving the desired consistency.
Adjustable preparation time
Yogurt preparation time can be set from 1 to 48 hours. Longer or shorter fermentation time allows you to adjust the final product’s taste and thickness according to your chosen recipe and ingredients.
Once the set time has elapsed, the prepared jars can be removed and transferred to the refrigerator. As the yogurt cools, its consistency typically becomes firmer.
LED display and touch control
The LED display on the control panel allows you to see the selected settings. Touch buttons let you set the preparation time and fermentation temperature.
