The Resistance Rubber Set consists of 5 levels of rubber. They can be used individually or several rubbers at the same time to select the appropriate resistance level. This set of elastics can be adapted for full-body exercises, from squats to deadlifts. With these elastics you can make the exercise easier/more difficult or provide stability. A system of different levels will help you keep track of your progress and give you motivation.

Five levels of resistance:

• Green 10-15 lbs (4.54-6.80 kg)
• Blue 15-20 lbs (6.80-9.07 kg)
• yellow 20-25 lbs (9.07-11.34 kg)
• red 25-35 lbs (11.34-15.88 kg)
• black 35-45 lbs (15.88-20.41 kg)

The bands are made of the highest quality rubber 100% natural latex. Protects hands from injuries and absorbs sweat to prevent slipping during exercise. A handy pouch is included for storing and transporting the rubber set.
