DSP KM3031 – a multifunctional “3-in-1” planetary food processor that combines a mixer, meat grinder, and blender. The appliance can be used for kneading dough, mixing ingredients, whipping, grinding meat, and preparing various beverages.
Three devices in one
The DSP KM3031 combines three different cooking functions in a single unit:
- a stand mixer —for kneading dough, mixing ingredients, and beating;
- a meat grinder —for grinding meat to different degrees of coarseness;
- A 1.5-liter glass blender —for preparing beverages, cocktails, and other ingredients that need to be blended.
Different functions are used with separate attachments, so the appliance can be adapted for a variety of everyday cooking tasks.
1,300-watt motor and 6 speed settings
The DSP KM3031 is equipped with a 1,300-watt Type 8835 motor designed for mixing, whisking, kneading dough, grinding meat, and grating.
Use the rotary knob to select one of 6 speed settings. Lower speeds are suitable for mixing ingredients and kneading dough, while higher speeds are for whipping lighter mixtures and pureeing foods.
Pulse mode is designed for brief, more intense operation of the appliance. It is particularly useful when using a blender to process ingredients in short bursts and better control their consistency.
The operating noise level of the device is less than 80 dB.
6.5-liter stainless steel bowl
The 6.5-liter stainless steel bowl provides enough space to prepare larger quantities of dough, creams, batters, and other mixtures.
The transparent protective bowl lid helps reduce splashing of ingredients during mixing. An opening in the lid allows you to add additional ingredients without interrupting the process.
Planetary mixing and three nozzles
During planetary mixing, the beaters move around their own axis and along the perimeter of the bowl at the same time. This movement pattern helps reach different areas of the bowl and mix the ingredients more evenly.
The set includes three removable metal work tips:
- dough hook —for kneading yeast dough and other thicker doughs;
- whisk – for beating egg whites, sour cream, and lighter mixtures;
- Flat mixing attachment —for mixing dough, creams, and mixtures of medium consistency.
The liftable mixer head makes it easier to insert and remove the bowl and attachments. When lowered, the head locks into the working position.
1.5-liter glass blender
A 1.5-liter glass blender jar is attached to the top of the unit. It can be used to prepare fruit and vegetable drinks, cocktails, sauces, and other blended mixtures.
The transparent glass walls of the container allow you to see the consistency of the ingredients being processed, and the handle makes it easy to remove and store the container.
Meat grinder with three grinding discs
The meat grinder, which attaches to the front of the appliance, allows you to grind meat and select the desired grind size. The set includes three grinding discs with different grind sizes:
- 3 mm disc – for finer grinding;
- 5 mm disc – for medium-coarse grinding;
- 7 mm disc – for coarser grinding.
A food tray installed above the meat grinder provides space to place pre-prepared food items.
Black design
The black body is paired with a stainless steel bowl and metal accents. The contrasting combination of black and silver gives the appliance a sleek and modern look, suitable for kitchens of various styles.
