In addition to preparing canned food for longer storage, the steriliser can also be used for cooking, heating or even making hot drinks, etc. This is a great way to prepare fruit, berries, vegetables or even meat stocks for longer use, as the high heat kills microbes and ensures that the food stocks will last longer.

The large capacity (27 l) allows you to prepare a larger quantity of your desired food or drinks at once. Between 7 and 14 jars can be sterilised at a time, depending on their shape and capacity. For more convenient use when preparing drinks, a crane can be used.

The inside of the pan is coated with a double-layer enamel coating. This coating is not flame retardant and requires stirring during production rather than sterilisation.

When the timer is activated, the cooker automatically switches off at the sound of an audible alarm. Maximum time 120 min. If a continuous mode of operation is set, the appliance must be switched off mechanically.

The thermostat allows you to select the temperature from 30°C to 100°C degrees.
