Natural essential oils are extracts extracted from fruits, flowers, leaves and other parts of plants. The oils are obtained by distillation and have a wide range of therapeutic properties that have a positive effect on the human body and mind. They have a complex chemical composition and multiple applications.
Essential oils are gaining popularity as an aromatherapy tool, increasingly being used for evaporation in diffusers not only in homes and offices but also in retail outlets, hotels or service locations.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:
Some oils can be very potent, and many of them irritate the skin, so before applying the essential oil topically on the skin, it must be diluted with oil (oils are insoluble in water). Often used with coconut or olive oils. It is believed that the best proportions are 1 drop of essential oil and at least 6 drops of base oil.
Note: Oils without dilution can cause irritation and allergies.
Due to the high concentration of aromatherapy oils, it is only necessary to add a few drops. Abuse can cause side effects.
Use only those oils or mixtures that smell best. It is recommended to use up to 5 ingredients when forming the oil mixture. Their compositions should be changed periodically (the so-called tolerance phenomenon).
Never use oil on open wounds! When applying to the skin, remember that no essential oil should be used without first diluting it with a base oil (eg olive oil, peanuts, flaxseed, almonds, sesame, sunflower).
Essential oils have irritating properties due to their high concentration. When using the selected oil for the first time, it is recommended to perform a skin test (allergy test). It is not recommended for use in children and pregnant women without consulting a doctor.
If severe skin rash or severe irritation occurs, discontinue use of the oil and consult a physician.
Essential oils should be used with extreme caution in young children. Aromatherapy should be discussed in advance with your pediatrician.
Pregnant women are advised to limit or not use essential oils during the first 3 months of pregnancy. When using aromatherapy during pregnancy, the type of oil should be chosen by your doctor.
Essential oils should be stored in the original, always closed packaging, out of reach of children.
