The set of resistance rubbers consists of 4 levels of resistance strips, 2 handles, a door anchor, a rubber guard and a bag.

Different colored bars give you different resistance:

• blue 6.8-20.41 kg (15-45lb),
• black 11.34-34.02 kg (25-75 lbs),
• green 15.88-45.38 kg (35-100 lbs),
• red 22.68-54.43 kg (50-120 pounds).

The straps are made of the highest quality rubber, 100% natural latex.

This set of exercise bands has two soft foam handles for easy holding. Protects hands from injuries and absorbs sweat to prevent slipping during exercise. The set also includes a door anchor and a strap guard. The tape set can be conveniently stored in a fabric bag.
