Wuben X5 – a rechargeable pocket flashlight with white light, UV illumination, and a green laser pointer. These three different functions allow you not only to illuminate your surroundings, but also to inspect markings that become visible under UV light or to precisely highlight a specific spot. Choose how much light you need
Five brightness levels for the white light—1, 50, 150, 350, and up to 1,300 lm —allow you to adjust the lighting for both close-up inspection of objects and outdoor use. “Turbo” mode is designed for brief, intense illumination, and the maximum illumination range is 200 m.
When set to 50 lm, the flashlight operates for up to 15 hours; in 150 lm mode, for up to 5 hours; and in 350 lm mode, for up to 2 hours. The lowest setting, 1 lm, provides dim lighting and allows the flashlight to operate for up to 200 hours. An additional strobe mode is designed for transmitting light signals.
UV lighting for inspecting markings and surfaces
A 365 nm wavelength, 2 W UV light helps reveal fluorescent markings and traces of UV-sensitive materials that may be harder to see under normal lighting. This feature is useful for inspecting marked items or examining surfaces. In UV mode, the flashlight operates for up to 2 hours.
A laser pointer to indicate the exact location
A green laser pointer allows you to highlight a specific part or point when discussing work or presenting information. It is controlled by a separate button, so there is no need to cycle through the white light modes one by one.
This version of the Wuben X5 is equipped with a Class 1 laser with a maximum output power of 0.39 mW. It is designed to indicate a point, while the main white light is used to illuminate the surroundings.
USB-C Charging and Replaceable Power Supply
The 1200 mAh Wuben ABN1200 battery charges via a USB-C port. It can be charged using a compatible USB power adapter or an external battery, making it convenient to charge the flashlight both at home and on the go.
The flashlight also runs on AAA batteries. This provides an additional option for outdoor use when there is no access to a power source. The brightness and runtime specifications listed were determined using the Wuben ABN1200 rechargeable battery.
Flat housing and mounting clip
The 21.2 mm-thick flashlight with a rechargeable battery weighs 128 g. The flat body fits comfortably in a pocket, and it can be clipped to the edge of the pocket. When placed on a flat surface, the flashlight doesn’t roll away like models with a round body.
The rotary switch is used to select the light mode, while the buttons are used to control the selected functions. The aluminum housing and compact design make it easy to carry the flashlight along with your everyday items.
IP65 protection for outdoor use
The IP65 protection rating indicates protection against dust and water jets. The floodlight is also resistant to drops from a height of 1 m. When used in a humid environment, the charging port cover must be properly closed. The device is not designed to be submerged in water.
