DSP KB2204 – a 3-liter electric deep fryer designed for preparing fries, meat, fish, vegetables, and other fried foods. With 2,000 W of power and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 130–190 °C, you can select the right temperature for different foods.
The deep fryer features a removable metal basket, a removable enameled inner pot, and a lid with a glass viewing window. The control unit, along with the heating element, can also be removed from the housing, making it easier to maintain the fryer’s main components.
2,000 W power and adjustable temperature
The 2,000-watt heating element is designed to heat the oil and maintain the selected temperature. The mechanical thermostat control allows you to set the temperature between 130 and 190 °C and adjust it according to the food being prepared.
The control panel is equipped with two indicator lights:
- A red light indicates that the device is turned on;
- A green light indicates that the selected temperature has been reached.
The deep fryer is also equipped with a temperature limiter.
3-liter capacity and removable basket
The 3-liter interior capacity is suitable for frying a variety of foods. The dimensions of the rectangular container are 320 × 175 × 130 mm.
The inner tank is made of steel and coated with enamel. The tank can be removed from the housing, making it easier to drain the cooled oil and perform routine maintenance.
The set includes a removable metal frying basket. When lifted above the container, excess oil can drain back into the fryer. The basket’s elongated handle has a heat-insulating coating and allows you to comfortably lift and remove the basket.
Viewing window and convenient controls
The lid features a glass viewing window through which you can see the food being cooked without having to open the fryer frequently. The viewing window cover is made of 430-grade stainless steel.
The handles on both sides of the housing are designed to carry the appliance once it has cooled down and been unplugged from the power source. The non-slip feet on the bottom of the housing help keep the deep fryer in a stable position.
Stainless Steel Construction
The DSP KB2204 housing is made of 410-grade stainless steel. The silver-colored metal surface is paired with a black control panel, handles, and base components.
A wired connection provides a constant supply of electricity, so the device does not require batteries or charging.
